The Nueva Linda farm is located in the Sierra Madre mountains of southern Mexico in the state of Chiapas. The location is incredibly unique as it receives a natural benefit from being located near the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, which provides rich soil, clean water and softens the affects of climate change. This has helped to allow Juan Jose Moguel and his family to create a facility capable of farming and processing coffee at a very high level.
This coffee is clean and chocolatey-sweet with nutty, graham cracker character and hints of a berry-like acidity depending on the brew method chosen.
